How Onoria Engineering collects, uses and stores quote request information.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, company, email, phone, service, sector, country and city, project description, contact consent, language and submission time. An optional specification file is stored if attached.
How we use information
Information is used to review technical requirements, discuss your request and contact you about it. The form does not currently send automatic confirmation or notification emails.
Storage & access
Requests are stored in Lovable Cloud and specifications in private storage. Visitors cannot read requests or files through the website. Authorized project administrators can access them through Cloud management tools.
Retention & your rights
A fixed retention period has not yet been established. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, using the contact form and describing your request.
Files & sensitive information
Do not attach passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Specifications may contain business information; share only material you are authorized to provide. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, whose provider may receive technical connection information for the visit.
